Called ahead to have my purchases put on hold, both the website and the store clerk quoted the product 10 dollars lower than the actual price. When I showed up they wanted to charge me the higher price. When I attempted to negotiate, even meet halfway on price, the clerk and his manager made fun of me, called my request ridiculous, updated the price in real time online, and continued to laugh at and make fun of me. They were speaking in another language thinking I didn't understand them, but I did. Very rude, had low IQ when it comes to general public customs and customer service. Go here if you want to get ripped off or it's the last place open nearby. Otherwise go to Thomas Hinds, Delta Nine, or literally any other place for smoking needs. They will treat you wayyyy better.

I had an issue with a Dab that required me to use a syringe to insert the product into the cartridge which of course wasn't illustrated on the packaging or label, I had no way of using the Dab so I contacted Patel who was able to exchange the product for live resin, which is what I should have bought in the first place but Patel was understanding, very polite and helpful I strongly recommend coming to the store, the prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly, they greet you by name and treat their customers with respect and kindness 👍🏻😎 Way to go guys! 😎👍🏻
