Went in with my son he didn't have his ID fair enough he left..! me and my brother in law were then informed we couldn't purchase anything they "the staff" very rude and unfriendly then laughed at me told me it was the law like they just finished there law degree. And then said it's on the door which it wasn't I wouldn't go here if I was paid absolute joke and the staff 4 people working not wanting too. Clearly they all would rather be at home very sad and unprofessional
There is a bit of a heavier set older man that works here. He is very rude when you try and talk to him and tell him what you need. All he does is cut you off and start talking about something else and tell you that what you're saying is wrong and doesn't exist even after you've searched up photos to try and show him what you're talking about he still tells you those don't exist. I've never seen those before. We don't have those. We don't carry those when you know you've gotten them at that specific location before. He's also very verbally aggressive and will straight up. Tell you no you're an idiot. It doesn't work like that or in your exact words as he said to me you know it's a great way to kill yourself. That's pretty stupid trying that when all it was mentioned to him is that I was taking CBD oil to try and help with a few physical and mental ailments. I do wish I knew this man's name because I would more than happily blast it all over here. I would probably contact trees and actually ask them to have the man rather removed and move to a different location or fired.. Just to give you guys a good description he has brown hair. He has a bit of facial hair. I would say he's over 200 pounds under 300 pounds and honestly he looks like everybody's sweet Dad/Grandpa… But he starts talking to you and if you were talking about something and he wants to say something, he'll just simply talk, louder and louder and louder until you can't talk anymore.

The staff are awesome and super knowledgeable. Tasia is absolutely lovely. Always happy when they're working!!!
It was bit busier then normal this afternoon as one person was on break, and she stayed calm not flustered even after a customer had to point out she was alone and questioned where everyone was!
The place seems very LGBTQ-friendly, which is great. However, as Black customers our experience didn't feel as welcoming. We had been buying there all week without any issues, but one employee with pink hair refused to sell to us. What made it more confusing is that a white friend of ours bought from the same place about an hour before us and had no problem.
