Dont shop here people. Unless you want to be dooped. Bought a preroll, and its clearly been tampered with.
The roll job looked completely suspicious as these ones always come folded at the tip, and not twisted so tight it looked like it had half its yeild in there. Sparked it to be sure. The smell was even off. Who knows what the hell is in there. Threw it out. Been here in the past had the same suspicion. Stay away from prerolls. The stoners are dooping you!
Advice to the manager. Save your credibility, and turn over your old staff.

A great location with extremely helpful and friendly staff! The gaming events they've been putting on are very fun and it's clear the employees here really care about serving their local community. Would love to see more like it!
This is the only place I'll ever go! Tokyo Smoke has such a wide variety of products, and the staff are both super knowledgeable and so friendly! I'm always amazed at how they can instantly find a gummy or drink that will give me the experience I'm looking for. Katie and Isaiah always have the best recommendations! They have such an awesome space at their location, and I had a great time at the video game tournament they put on back in September - I'm really hoping we'll see some more events like that in the new year! 🙏🙏
November 30th I made a purchase online and the store had cancelled it as they didn't have one of the items in stock. I proceeded to reorder my order spend a little more money but was happy to get my order regardless as I was on my way to a concert. I have ordered online quite a few times and had items cancelled and my refund always processed next day.This time, it's now 7 business days later and I am still out my money. I called the store first and explained my situation and was told someone would get back to me the next day . I called again the next day as I did not receive a phone call back and again was told to wait another day . I then came into the store and was told it would take about 5 buissines days but it should be back by Monday ( yesterday) and if it was not back in my account to email the manager and he would do a manual refund. The manager didn't get back to me until Tuesday( today) and told me he would look into the refund ? But he told me he would be able to give me the refund Monday? I told him fine I am off work early and can get a ride over as I don't drive. When I went over to the store the associate told me it could take 7 more days because of the bank I bank with . I am super frustrated and left the store not making the purchase I wanted to regardless of the refund. This is my favorite store and I have spent alot of money there and the way this has been handled by the manager is not acceptable for a big company like this.
