Michael is the man, really professional and helped me out with my broken vape. Hes the guy to go to!
Took over 2 hours to deliver off uber. First it said latest delivery @ 5:45 PM (an hour after I placed the order) I called at 5:45 and she said the driver was about a minute away, I live beside Coquitlam centre, a 4 minute drive. I wait until 6:30, and see it now says updated time of arrival 6:45 PM. At 7 PM I called again and told them I've now missed my birthday dinner reservations, and Gwen told me I should have called and told them it was time sensitive. When you give a customer a maximum arrival time on uber, it should be treated as time sensitive no matter what, I've never had to call anywhere else and remind them to hurry up. I've now missed my birthday reservations, it's 7:15 PM, the deliver is not here and I will never shop here again. What a let down :( I would have went and picked it up myself if I knew, but I was trying to get ready for my birthday dinner and thought this would be a convenient way to save time. It in fact costed $10 in service fees, $5 in delivery fees, and wasted a lot of my time instead of saving any. My first experience here was awful, and the worst part was the lady on the phone argued with me and actually had the nerve to tell me I should have called and told them to hurry, blaming me, she was so rude and unhelpful.
There are 3 or 4 local leafs in the lower mainland.
This is the only location that has happy hour discounts, I believe it's Monday - Wednesday, ONLY. The other stores in Vancouver and Maple ridge have happy hour discounts EVERYDAY.
I came by yesterday thinking there was gonna be happy hour, but nope, none.
So I walked out empty handed any spent my money where I could get a happy hour discount.
Management, do better, if you want to do more business.
More stores are doing happy hour now, and stores with better product. Better rethink your business plan if you don't want to keep losing business.
*** I will add, after reading all the negative customer service comments.
The black guy who helped me, was super polite and professional, also helpful. It's not his fault his managers don't want to have a consistent, daily happy hour discount. So props to bro for not being a statistic in the negative customer service department.
Excellent prices, super competitive. Have been a regular here for years and enjoyed every experience. The management is outstanding in terms of training their staff and providing excellent service themselves.
