Update: store closed. Should really take the listing off of google.
I've been shopping around the past few months and would say Stash & Co offers the cheapest prices in the city.
Great deals and great customer service. My go to place in Ottawa.
Would be great if they offered curbside pickup so you don't have to wait behind shopping customers.
Also discounts on cannabis products for loyal customers would be a plus.
Permanently closed. I should read the reviews first
Doors are locked during business hours I'm here at 4:12 pm, and if someone is on their lunch break, they should post a sign so I'm not wandering around looking for another door, only been here once before and it wasn't great so I guess it's meant to be to take my business elsewhere
This place hasn't been opened for a while, you'd think they would have done the smart thing and changed the hours of operation. I don't understand why this store closed?? All the staff there were absolutely amazing! Great customer service and recommendations! I won't be going to any other Stash & Co, the staff did not deserve to be treated this way and neither do the customers.
Gotta love a business that states they're always operational online but never actually are when you arrive in person. Little business advice, if you're going to advertise that your hours of operation are from 10am to 10pm, your store front should be accessible between those hours… if there are any deviations in your schedule, you should at least have the courtesy of leaving a note on the door or online stating such. This is the 5th and last time I commute 20minutes to a store that has good customer service but such poor management/operational skills.
