I wasn't going to leave a review but it seems it's an actually reoccurring issue. I went at 8 on a Wednesday and the doors were locked. I tried calling and it just goes straight to voice mail.
Store hours are never right. You just have to hope the door is unlocked. Also the customer service has severely dropped when they are open
Bought some GSC Kush today, got home and opened the pouch. Found the majority of the buds were popcorn sized and it was a bad count. Also the coloring was completely different than what was advertised on their website. Just noticed 5 minutes ago that they have since removed the GSC Kush from their site 🤔

Came here when it first opened with amazing service and reliable hours. About 10 months ago they just kept being closed due to staffing issues, and now it's literally a guessing game if they are open on a daily basis. Best to go to another store within the area, as there are many other options.
The posted store hours don't mean anything. Literally the majority of times I want to stop by the store is locked or there's a sign saying "be back in 5min" but it's actually around 40-45 min before they go back and open the store.
Terrible flower selection, the only reason I go is because this location is one of the few in the city that carry a particular CBD concentrate I like. Due to their inability to maintain basic hours and have staff actually working, I'll be ordering from OCS before ever going back here
