Asked for great prerolls and was given awsome product. There staff knows.
Evan was the friendliest budtender. Very helpful and recommended great choices. Overall was a great experience!!
After being a regular customer since the day it opened, I recently had a series of experiences that left me with no other choice but to open a file at the Human rights commission and leave an unpleasant review.
Recently, about a month ago, I walked in and there was what folks who do not know better refer to as "air fresheners". When I approached a staff (all staff know me well) and asked to leave my number for the manager to call me he responded: oh people complain about the strong smell of mold on the carpet and the smell of cannabis (in a cannabis shop).
As a biological scientist working in environmental health and accessibility, I informed him that the solution to toxic mold -toxic to everyone- was to replace the carpets and not inject known poison into the air (fragrance - "air fresheners") to mask the smell of toxic and dangerous mold. It only makes sense.
I further informed the staff member that "air fresheners" are a barrier to accessibility to hundreds of thousands of folks who have an environmental illness: asthma, migraine, eczema, multiple chemical sensitivities, and the list goes on.
I returned another day and the same "air freshener" was at the door and the same staff member was there. I greeted him -he is a supervisor- with a smile and the others as we all know each other well for years and asked him if he left my information to the manager.
His attitude changed very fast. He became aggressive, disrespectful and said she did not have time to call ..
A friendly nice young man served me with a smile and enthusiasm. The store was modern and clean. I'd like to see sample packaging.
Worst weed store ever. Never any new products. Staff not too friendly
But love the pierrefond location. Much better store there
