Alyssa is so awesome. Very knowledgeable and kind, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She has helped me out many times not only great service but seems like a hella cool person! My second visit was with Ginelle and such a sweet and knowledgeable person, I had a wonderful interaction and highly recommend this store. Thank you so much. Again today, thanks Ginelle, you are amazing 😊😊

Excellent customer service by Genelle!! She explained the points system so well and the return policy which is actually amazing to hear!! The biggest issue I have when wanting to try other companies smokes are that some just suck!!! So happy to hear if we have a bad package we can bring it back! Thank you!!! Give this girl a raise!!!

Apparently if you have children waiting in the car, with their father, you're unable to buy cannabis if they are under the age of 13. I accepted this and left and came back another day. I asked the next day what was that about and was hit with a BOAT LOAD of attitude. I asked if it was a one plant policy and was told it's the "law" which it isn't. I have been a loyal customer since they opened and will NOT be returning. Cut the attitude girly, learn some respect and how to talk to customers. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
