Edited to talk about Emma, she is such an amazing person to deal with and her customer service skills are out of this world. She makes sure you have the best experience you can. She is also super helpful, as I have dealt with her a few times. Emma you have an amazing vibe and treat every single person I have seen you interact with as well as myself with so much respect and kindness. Don't ever let anyone steal your thunder girl.
Taya is amazing, she is super friendly and outgoing. Always smiles and jokes with not only me but other customers.
Emma was great and seemed to be training, did an awesome job n got me what I had picked out online before I got in the shop right after I showed it to her on my phone. Will for sure come back n hope to be helped by her again!
I'd like to add to start off , the shorter girl with orange hair is ALWAYS pleasant to deal with. My husband has been going to this location since it was the sunfish one.
I understand a lot has happened since the new owners , and everything has slowly switched over to One plant .. the break in .. I get it .. but that is no excuse to act like it's an inconvenience when someone asks to physically see a price list or even an inventory list. The taller lady with the longer blonde/brown I can't entirely remember your hair colour but the heavier set lady knows exactly what I'm talking about. When I asked to see what you had for pre rolls , cause you do not have them listed anywhere for people to see , not on the board , you didn't have an iPad or tablet available .. what did you tell me ? I could go on my phone and look. What about the people who do not have access to a smart phone ? I told you I didn't bring my phone and you acted like I was inconveniencing you and offered to go get a tablet so I could see your price lists and availability of what products you had. Why that wasn't available to begin with I don't know , but not everyone has data on their phones. I get your stuff isn't on display cause of the break in , but you don't even have somewhere in store to see what you have for sale for pre rolls and I'm sure for lots of other product.

I've shopped many times at one plant and can say its an amazing establishment to stop in and grab any of you're cannabis needs, they always have alot in stock with a big variety to choose from, all the staff are very respectful, kind, and helpful towards all new and returning customers, Im happy to continue purchasing from this company
Faith is the best. I've been to a few different shops by far she rocks . She educated me about the new products, as well as the best names to buy from
