This place is amazing. The selection is unmatched. Great service too! Phil was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. I think I have found my store of choice.
Kait at One Plant Listowel is honestly amazing! She's super friendly, helpful, and always makes the experience feel welcoming and comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and takes the time to help people find exactly what they need. Every visit is such a positive vibe because of her energy and kindness. Definitely one of the reasons I love coming to One Plant!
I visited One Plant for the first time and had a really great experience. Hayden helped me out and made the whole process super easy and comfortable. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell he knows the products well and actually cares about helping customers find the right fit. The store itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely glad I stopped in — I'll be coming back again.
Hayden Johnson is probably one of my all time favourite bud tenders there he's very respectful and knows what he is talking about over there. definitely a 5 start review 🙏🏼💯
Hayden was awesome! He gave me lots of details when I asked any questions, you can also tell he doesn't just care about the sales but also the customers. great experience overall!
