Zazz was the greatest employee. The shop was amazing too!
As a long time customer, I can't give this place enough stars. Though the staff has changed over the years, the service has remained awesome, particularly from Eden and Zazz.
Knowledgeable staff who are always happy to offer recommendations is such a bonus, especially for newer smokers.
I love popping by every Wednesday to see what kind of new products the store has in stock, as I always typically find something new to try.

10/10 customer service, 5/5 product recommendations every time, 10/10 good vibes.
Hours are cool too, this is the only dispensary that is close to me that remains open til 11pm (other shops downtown close between 8pm-10pm!!), ya'll have saved me on many occasions after a shift!

RIP Rotten Pineapple and big thanks to JC Cannabis Inc. for producing garbage and embarrassing the entire industry while profiting along the way. If you are looking for overpriced pre rolls that are smaller than a filter this is the place . If you are looking for quality flower there are definitely better options like not supporting legal market at all . Inability to resolve the issue by staff is simply heartbreaking, but I am no longer surprised by anything.
To the owner of the store:
I would recommend to get familiar with the product before allowing your staff to promote it or just read information from a mislabeled product only to cause inconvenience for yourself and others.

I asked for a "1:1 CBD THC gummy" and the guy acted like he had absolutely zero idea what I was talking about. I ended up leaving with nothing because he couldn't help me. So bizarre.
