(7)got a dab cart to find out it didn't work at all. when i called to ask how to handle it i was told to reach out to the company on the packaging. when i tried to do that i found out the email, phone number and website didn't exist. once i called back to let the owner know and ask if he could give us a refund or replacement he said no, and that he'll call us back in a couple days with an answer on who to contact so we could spend more money to mail the broken cart to someone else? (and that it would take a while) i was then told i shouldn't have opened the packaging if i wanted a refund as if i would've known it was broken. zero customer service skills. never had a dispensary tell me they couldn't help with a broken product and leave me with no option for any kind of compensation.
in response to your accusations: i could bring the cart in to you tomorrow and show you that it is unused and doesn't work whatsoever. couldn't even tell you if i like the flavour cause i haven't tried it. also like i said on the phone i tried to send an email to said email id and it says "please enter a valid email address" which i can also show you. as for the discount you are correct, it was kind of you to offer a discount thankyou but refusing compensation for a broken product you were so quick to give a discount on seems like you have other motives. either way accusing me of lying and repeating the same thing i already told you doesn't work just further proves my point of zero customer ..
If you're into Cannabis and Crypto, then FastBTC Bitcoin ATM at Endo Cannabis is your new go-to spot! Not only does Endo have a killer selection of quality bud and friendly staff who really know their stuff, but now they've upped their game by adding a Bitcoin ATM! I've always loved this dispensary for its top-notch products and chill vibes, but the addition of a Bitcoin ATM takes it to the next level. It's super convenient to handle my crypto needs while stocking up on my favorite strains. Combining two of my passions in one place – genius!
Highly recommend checking it out if you're in Barrie. Whether you're a crypto enthusiast or just looking for some quality cannabis, this spot has you covered. Cheers to Endo for keeping things fresh and innovative! ✌️😎
Best pricing in the town with knowledgeable buddtenders who always suggest you the best stuff.
Great stuff, friendly staff with a reasonable price compared to the stores in area. Much recommend
Amazing place - they've got great variety with their stuff. First timers get additional 5% off lol that was cool welcome for us! Haven't seen any better shop than this in Barrie!
