I've liked ordering from Dank in the past, but two times now when I've ordered they've called me after saying they don't have the product I ordered in stock, and then its on me to go back and forth with Uber Eats customer support to get a refund because Dank won't cancel it on their end for some reason. I don't understand why, because when this happens with 7-Eleven or something they just cancel the order often before even trying to contact me, which makes sense; if somethings sold out, no worries, cancel the order and I'll try somewhere else.
I have always thought it was great they were on Uber Eats, but now having had to spend an hour with Uber trying to get a refund that will now take a week to show up on my card and now I have to remember to check back in a week to make sure it did get refunded, and id it doesn't I have to go back to Uber customer service… its just a huge hassle anytime theres even one item in your order out of stock..
So, please just get off Uber Eats if you're unsure how to make it work with your stores systems or whatever.
They asked me to cancel it in the app, and I tried but the app wouldn't let me and I told them I am 99% certain they have to cancel it on their end. I also am pretty sure if I had managed to cancel it the tip would not have been refunded, only the order itself, so its just messier and thats why the store has to cancel it.
Stopped in here early. Super happy this location opens at 9am. The inside is cozy and welcoming. Selections were top shelf. The staff were kind and helpful. There was enough parking outside, however it was early and I'm not sure how busy this small lot gets. Door is locked so you may need to knock. Enjoy!
