Terrell was helpful with my product decision. Very friendly and polite.
Every time I visit Sessions the staff are friendly and really knowledgeable. They always take the time to ask what I'm looking for and give great recommendations, whether I want something relaxing, uplifting, or to help with sleep. They explain the strains and effects clearly and never rush you. You can tell they know their stuff and actually care about helping customers.
Hands down the best cannabis store in London! The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly knowledgeable. Jessica deserves a special shoutout — she always remembers her customers and their usual orders, which makes every visit feel personal and appreciated. The customer service is consistently top-tier, and the prices are unbeatable compared to other shops in the area. You never feel rushed, and they always take the time to make sure you're getting exactly what you're looking for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service, great products, and great value.
Great Customer service from people that actually remember my face, name, age and what kind of products I like.
Amazing experience every time I visit. The staff are knowledgeable and never make you feel rushed. The store is so clean, the product selection is top tier. The best in the city!! You can tell they genuinely care about getting you the right product. I've yet to get a bad recommendation from any of their staff. The loyalty program is incredible, I rarely pay full price for weed. They always have something on sale. Highly highly recommend!!
