Love this place, it has a nice rustic yet modernized kinda vibe. Great staff, friendly and well versed in the products they stock. Definitely my candy shop of choice.
I actually accidentally called this place thinking that they had tobacco products which they do not I mean in Vape form. I spoke to a lovely friendly and kind human being this woman provided me with lots of information and was a privilege to be able to speak to So based on that alone I would say that she's amazing so I read this place highly based on customer service and knowledge
This chain closes locations with no notice to customers. Don't spend your money here.
Their Uxbridge location shut down without allowing customers to use their points. Kinda just a slap in the face.
Edit: still no word back, truely shameful that they have no respect for their paying customers.
I really wish someone would have reached out at any point to take accountability for dropping the ball. Months with no update, and came with no warning.
I love the staff!!!! They're incredibly knowledgeable, has that hometown feel, unlike the "tablet" places that are very cold.
They always have an amazingly large selection of flower, edibles carts and drinks! Thank you to the staff that makes selection so much easier and pleasant to talk to! ♡
I've made nine separate requests since January for Tribal Cuban Linx to be regularly stocked. I purchase six cartridges every week, yet nearly every time I visit, it's either not been ordered or there's only one available. At this point, that's over $5,000 in missed sales this year alone, potentially even more as I consider other options when purchasing—because it's never in stock at this location.
I'm not sure how it makes sense to ignore consistent demand from a paying customer. If the goal of your business isn't to meet customer needs and drive sales, then what exactly is the objective?

You did call me once to let me know the product came in, and I appreciated that. But I've stopped in nearly a dozen times and either received nothing or just one cartridge. As I mentioned, I needed it that week and had already purchased elsewhere because I was completely out. When I came back two weeks later, the product still wasn't available.
I understand it's your choice to rotate inventory, but if a product is being consistently requested and reliably sold, it makes sense to keep it stocked. Ignoring that demand just pushes customers elsewhere.
