Great until "manager who has worked with the company for over three years" sold me the wrong weed, before even leaving the store I asked if I could get the correct bag (had double the value for 11$ less) she says they cant do refunds "its not in the system" the only way they do refunds is cash. So effectively I was sold 14 grams less for 11$ more. So thats absolutely absurd, then when I figured "okay ill just spend more or the same about of money" the lady was rude. Meanwhile the customer between was treated with respect, she went out of her way to help him. But she sells me the wrong bag and its MY FAULT, I NEED to find a solution...well here is my solution. 3 stars.
I would put zero stars if I could!! I bought some CBN gummies a couple weeks ago and after opening the second bottle I noticed that they tasted off. I checked the date on the bottle and it was over a year old. They sold me an expired bottle. Because I had opened it, they would not replace it. All they did was give me $7 off. Seriously!! THEY sold me the expired product so they should have replaced it for free. Not going back there ever again. Horrible customer service!!
Amazing customer service she was smiling and so kind to help me find my card that I thought I lost after I bought products and I think her name is Hailey there in the afternoon just want to say amazing and thanks again for helping that right there deserves a raise as it's rare service. :) Don't loose her
I'm not sure what happened to customer service here? Cody used to be awesome when he was there.
When I was working in the industry , I had so much fun. I would chat to people; ask them questions, and give them awesome recommendations ( that we can get legally in Canada).
The girl that was working the last two times I was in was okay, got me what I asked for.
Lastly, they advertise they do price match, but it Is only with Value Buds which doesn't even carry the same products. Value Buds will not carry anything other versus and dab bods peach, in terms of concentrates. Cannabis discounter is also on their lists as a sister store.
I think that it is wild they advertise price match all over the windows, but they don't actually "price match".
Unfortunately, due to the misleading business practive, I will not shop their again.
The lady helping me was just so kind, thank you.
