I have had disappointing experiences the last 3 times I've been in this store, mostly coming from stock issues. There have been products in the cooler I was not able to buy because they were never added to the system before being put out. A total selection of 5 options across Indica/sativa/hybrid for 7g flower with one of them being sold out. There is no listing of terp percentage anywhere which is something I take into account when buying. I find the overall selection is not as good/varied as I can find at other stores. The only reason this review is 2 stars and not 1 is because the lady that is usually in there is very friendly and nice.
Buyer beware. These guys change the price at the till. I was just in there 5 minutes ago. I was looking at a pack of 15 capsules that was priced at $13.99. She rung it up and said it was $21. I pointed out that it was priced at $13.99. Not only did she refuse to honor the listed price (she said it was a typo), but she was rude. Rude. Rude. I explained that the listed price is legally binding, but she said, "We don't do that." Finally, I said I didn't want the product, and as I left, she made disparaging remarks about me behind my back.
I have been trying out new weed stores to find my home store and i have tried this shop a few times and everytime its the same girl working who has the WORST attitude you have ever seen. as soon as you walk in no body is even at the counters for a solid 2 mins so ur just standing there waiting. She doesn't smile or talk to u she had 0 recommendations and when i talked about going else where she rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty look. I tried to make conversation with her and got maybe 2 words. The customer service here is not good whatsoever especially not for prices they have thier stuff at. Definitely will not be returning here.
This was the best dispensary experience I've ever had. The staff were incredible knowledgeable and helpful, and went out of their way to help me. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
Came in on February 18, 2026 between 4:30 and 5:00 pm. Lady working counter was super friendly. Spent roughly $40 on a vape cartridge for only to realize not even 48 hours later the cartridge itself was broken. I saw that it had leaked onto my battery. Went to unscrew it only for it to not come off properly. Atomizer is completely busted. Definitely not impressed...
