Don't be fooled by the cheap delivery fee. I am currently waiting for a refund for an order I placed at 10am. It is now 6:17pm and after calling for the 5th time, I was asked to wait until after 7pm for them to "find another driver". If you have no drivers available, switch to pickup only on your website. Don't tie people's time and money up on deliveries you can't fulfil.
Everytime I go here I never leave fully happy. And this last time I thought I left getting a good deal but when I got home realized what they were advertising as 29% 14 gram MILLED weed for $40 something. It was actually 23% so I've been smoking like crazy because my tolerance is higher than others. I called back the next day because by the time I realized and looked at the bag the next day due to not getting high I called back to see what they could possibly do to make this situation better. All I was told was that I could get a "a big discount" the over all conversation and how I was lied too inserted here ;
"next time u come in we will give u a really big discount " -worker
"What would the discount be? Just so I know for when I do come in and also due to the fact that I will be purchasing another $50-80 bag of weed I'd like to know how much I get off " -Me " 10% off"-Worker
"Soo if I got a 60$ bag of weed I'd right be $55 dollar when I come next" -Me "Yes"-worker. "10% off is my big discount ? So five dollar maybe off my next purchase ? " -Me. "Yes"-Worker.
No thank you. Absolutely terrible what is that doing ? For me paying for a bag of weed I would not of boughten in a million years if I knew the right thc level. I would gotten either a way better 7gram or honestly left. I go to canacabana so these prices and giving no alternatives whatsoever, advertising the wrong things, never having really anything I'm looking for I couldn't even get the 3 pack of joints I ..

I had a great experience at Bud Mart Weed Dispensary Skyview. Nav assisted me and she was amazing—very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave really helpful recommendations. The whole process was smooth and comfortable thanks to her. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've had. I'll be coming back for sure!
