I've been coming here for about a year and I have always had great service. I'm a low tolerance girly and I really appreciate the amount of edibles and joints that they have for people like me. They have a great selection of product and they always take their time explaining whenever I have questions so they make sure I completely understand it is what I am buying. I hope this team knows how much they are appreciated by their customers and I wish them nothing but the best!! :) Thank you Best Buds team!
What I love about this store is you can find things you can't find anywhere else or haven't been able to find in quite a while. I was looking for a specific glass item that you could fill up with a twisty end. I've looked online and they just don't seem to make them from the company I used to get it from. I walked into my usual store in Wasaga Beach and she mentioned that I should take a look in Best Buds Collingwood as they have a plethora of goodies, maybe even some that no longer exist but forex this location. What a find. Luckily my friend and I were going to dinner in the Collingwood area already, we thought we'd give it a try. Absolutely massive array of products everything you could possibly imagine is there and if you can't find something you will find it there!! Friendly service and the vibe is really good because it's obvious they care and enjoy assisting the clientele that come in. Elated leaving the store and glad I found this little gem. I would recommend to anybody looking for products related to but not limited to flower, come make a trip down to this location. You will definitely get lost in yourself just looking around for a little while. Really fun... I recommend this experience and this location. Two thumbs up and five star review. REMEMBER, look for the sign as per my picture that shows what door is the front entrance. ENJOY

The counter help employee Chantel was very unprofessional today. l forgot my wallet and was a short a measly quarter. So I came back with an extra quarter out of my own pocket. And I asked them to pay it forward for the next unlucky person. There reply was "l will add it to our tip jar". What a JOKE. And this is coming from a longtime regular customer.
