Shop is near Sherway mall. Was looking for a disposable pen and ended up grabbing a battery and live resin cart after speaking to Ross.
Good sign-up discount.
15% off first purchase, so was a good price. Ross was patient and explained everything and answered the questions I had.
Will definitely be coming here next time I'm in the area and need some 🔥
Best dispensary ive been to, hands down. Clean, organized, the nicest staff, and some of the, if not the very best prices ive seen at a boutique dispensary. They also have great operating hours so ive never really run into a situation where I was out of luck (with a little bit of forethought). The delivery service is sweet too, free delivery if you spend a certain (probably average) amount on products. Drivers are fast and nice, great service.
Big shout out to Ross! He was the first staff I met coming to Fika and has been so helpful on every visit, always has great recommendations, takes a genuinely customer first approach (sharing best deals, informing about offers to help you save, picking a good combination of items, etc), and is just very knowledgeable about the products. Plus he's a very chill dude to talk with!
Thanks to all the other staff too! Its always a good experience visiting
went in looking for a specific strain, and Khush went above and beyond to help me find it. she took the time to thoroughly check the inventory and, when discussing options, recommended similar products that matched exactly what i was looking for. her product knowledge was impressive, and she made the whole experience feel personalized rather than rushed. excellent customer service, friendly attitude, and genuine care for helping customers find the right product. i'll definitely be coming back.
Khush was very approachable and friendly from the moment I walked in. She helped me find some prerolls that matched what I was looking for and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. She was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Really appreciate the great customer service
On vacation for the world cup and this is my local cannabis store for the week.
Was served by Ross yesterday and he was incredibly patient and took time to answer my questions and explain the products I was looking at.
More than happy with what I bought and definitely glad I stopped by!
