Worst customer service experience I don't know why the one guy (alex) think he can say anything to anyone without anyone reacting. I mean this is how to do customer service sure when someone walks in this is your manners??? A fake smile with black heart sure. He was pointing at a random incident which happened last year and gave me hard time. I thought that incident was done and dusted when i spoke to the manager. And i will leave as many reviews i want because you cannot stop me maybe if your behaviour changes no one will review.

Says it's open until 11 , just left at 10;40 and its closed. Usually good service but don't advertise a false timing on the door, either change the hours or stay until the times stated.
