I came within operating hours and the door was locked for the first time as I come here often and there's a sign saying to ring the doorbell if the doors locked so I rang it about 4 times over the 5 mins I was standing there and eventually just left. Even tried calling the store and no reply.

He has excellent knowledge about all types of weed and was able to explain the different options clearly, which made it really easy for me to choose the right product. What stood out the most was how down-to-earth, humble and patient he was while helping me. He took the time to answer all my questions without rushing.
