Chelsea ,Is the only nicest representative I would love to have anytime i am there. She is super helpful and sweet. 5 stars are for her and if her manager is seeing this She deserves a raise.
Did not appreciate an employee a young Indian man working, bashing other employees from another store specifically Castleridge. I have had really great experience with all staff at that location.Not professional to talk crap about a store under the same franchise. The manager however is kind and very helpful always a positive experience.
Went in to grab an ounce and get a replacement bowl and the two younger ladies working were super helpful in figuring out the size I needed. They were also very cheerful and making me laugh. Would def go here before any other dispensary. Can't beat their prices either!
We love coming to Castleridge, and the main reason is Bonny. Her customer service is amazing; she's always incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. What we appreciate the most is that she always gives us excellent tips and great recommendations. I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for her directly. She's honestly the best!
Hands down the worst dispensary experience I've ever had. Walked in and immediately felt like the staff couldn't care less about helping customers. Employees were either glued to their phones or talking to each other while people stood waiting. When I finally got helped, the budtender acted irritated that I had questions and gave vague answers like they didn't know the products at all.
The store looked nice at first glance, but the service completely ruined it. Mid thirties women short brown hair absolutely brutal… Felt like they were just trying to push whatever wasn't selling.
The atmosphere was weird too — zero energy, awkward interactions, and no professionalism. One employee looked visibly high out of their mind while working, which honestly explained a lot. Coffe cups , energy drinks take out food all on the counter it was a mess!
There are way too many good cannabis stores out there to waste your time here. I gave this place a chance and regretted it immediately. Won't be back." To a canacabana again.
