The store has a horrible manager running the store. The lady at the counter told me that they did not price match which I know for a fact that Canna cabana does and I asked her to go get the Manager. When the manager came out, she seemed defensive right off the start, Though she accused me of being defensive, I did explain that I was frustrated from the other lady, not helping me. I felt like she was quite rude to me She refused to help me or do a price check. When she didn't help me yes I was getting frustrated I did not yell or anything But I was definitely irritated that nobody seemed to be able to help me and continue to argue with me. She then proceeded to kick me out of the store, And she tried to flex her Manager power by saying that she was going to ban me from all stores in Canada, Which is Not something she can even do. She was rude and just liked the fact of having power over somebody. Somebody like this should not be managing a store at all. I would recommend going to any other canna cabana store because this one will not help you at all!
I had a great experience with Julia and Justin. Both were incredibly approachable, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Their recommendations were spot on and you can tell they genuinely care about helping customers find the right fit. Amazing personalities, professional service, and overall just a great team effort in finding the best fit for you!
Great location, consistent selection, always very well stocked. Shoutout to El who has been a welcoming and friendly face on many visits. She's very knowledgable, professional, and beyond patient with people fumbling their IDs at the door camera. Patience of a saint. Give the girl a raise. In fact, give them all raises 👍
Ageist? They don't hire older people. You know, the one's with experience. Won't be shopping there ever in the future. Go to ValuBuds, they've been very helpful and aren't too full of themselves. It's selling pot 🙄 not Chanel.
In reply to your email, do an age average of the staff in each store. I'm guessing the median would reflect around 28 y.o. save your breath and time, your damage is done.
I come here nearly daily. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is a very busy location but they work really fast to get you in and out. Just an update. I neglected to mention Justin in my initial review. Every time I come into the store he greets me by name and already has a recommendation in mind. Always friendly, so fast and I have jobs idea how he is able to k ow who's turn it is next when there are so many people waiting. I will continue to frequent this location even when it is out of my way just to be served by Justin. 😃
