I just wanted to say that Chelsea is an absolute joy! While I've yet to have a poor experience at this location or with any of their staff, Chelsea always makes an effort to ensure your experience warm and welcoming! She knows what she's talking about when it comes to products/merchandise, and she's super knowledgeable along with being a hoot n" a holler all around. Whatever they're paying her she deserves a raise for her excellent customer service and attitude!
Leon (Parv) is one of the nicest budtenders I've met! Super knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Experiences like this make the place feel like home we definitely need more people like him.
A PAID membership is now required to buy select products. That's right, you need to pay for the privilege to shop. It's called an ELITE membership - you do not have access to the full menu if you are a regular member (or non member). It's the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. I will take my business elsewhere as there is no shortage of cannabis shops. Go ahead and delete my peasant grade account canna cabana I do not need it anymore.
I've been going to the store for the last 2 years or so and Have had nothing but great experiences, but today was a bad experience.
Went to the store , had a paper copy of "government issued IDENTIFICATION " along with my Photo ID Card that I had on my phone , on top of that even a 3rd piece of identification with a gym membership that's stats my full name and a photo of me , and I still wasn't allowed inside the store.
The employee wouldn't even come to the door to confirm any of the documentation which I don't really understand as you guys "don't have an ID Scanner in store to see if the IDs are valid" so someone with a good fake ID card can get weed and brake the rules but someone that lost his ID and has all his proper identification can't.
If I wasn't a member I'd understand but to me it makes no sense if I have an account meaning my physical "photo ID " has been in that store at some point and store has verified my identification.
Maybe ask questions that a random person wouldn't know to verify my account details in situations like this in the future.
