We used this place for the first time tonight and I have to say the service was amazing. I asked many questions and was met with patience and kindness. Samuel helped us by answering our many questions in detail and even asking his own to identify our needs and wants and honestly we will be switching to exclusively buying from here because of the service we received tonight. We ordered delivery and it got here quickly and the tracking was very spot on and easy to use. Over all we enjoyed our experience and will be back.
The Hit Pit is my favourite dispensary in Saskatoon . They are open at 8am, and that's what brought me there in the first place. They have paper menus to look at if you want. I CAN NOT stand if a store doesn't have a printed menu . The staff are super friendly and their selection is amazing. Pages and pages of everything. I also find their prices super fair . And you get free(non thc) candies. I don't know why this is important, but it has become very important to me. Anyways this is the best dispensary in Saskatoon. I'm pretty sure I've visited most of them by now and The Hit Pit is just the best. Now you know !!!!
Was very rude upon arrival. Gave my ID and was very polite. She asked me what my birthday was on my ID, I told her. She then asked for the date of issue and expiry which I didn't have memorized anyways. So I explained that it was my ID, has my face on it and everything and I even told her the address. She then asked me for another piece of ID before telling me to leave even though I showed her my government drivers license. Very unprofessional, I even asked to speak to a supervisor which she then said "I'm the supervisor"
Im not sure if this is a family owned business but that was handled very unprofessional and perhaps there should have been someone else there I could've spoken to. I've been a returning customer for over a year now and have an account set up with the business which I told her as well. She still told me to go and had an attitude with me from the start.
Was very disappointed as this was my go to cannabis store.
I'd skip the 8th st location, but the manager at the central location is wonderful. Helped me with an issue when she didn't have to. Very appreciative of your kindness
