I really like the shop and all the budtenders are nice, but I was not satisfied with my recent experience. An item was falsely listed online, I took it home and i later realized it had almost no THC even though it was listed to have 40% online. So I brought it back, but because it was used the best they were able to offer me was a 20% discount on my next purchase which was about $3-4 discount in total. I only realized it was falsely listed after using it and it having no effect. I understand that the website might be having issues, but it was still falsely advertised and I wasted $25. ****EDIT**** The store manager actually personally reached out to me and rectified this issue and fixed the issue on the website. Literally the best customer service experience I ever had. 10/10

First time here and I was extremely impressed. Amazing customer service and selection. Keely was extremely helpful and educational, taking the time to explain the differences between all the products. Doesn't matter how silly the question may seem, she was patient and friendly in her responses, helping me make the most informed decisions. You can tell Keely is passionate about what she does. She made what was supposed to be a quick stop into one of my best shopping experiences. I'll definitely be coming back again soon
