Excellent selection, everything is clearly displayed on whiteboards for you to pick from. Clean store, super friendly staff
Been coming to this place since it opened up, went in yesterday and today. Lady with red hair was very unfriendly with me. She asked every customer if they have an account. And with me she wouldn't say hi back or even how can I help you! And both times I will have to ask her to add my account before I pay. And today I told her can you please add my account phone number( and she said yeah only if you have an account( and with attitude. Why would I ask about adding my account if I don't have one. And every other salesperson there would ask automatically if you have an account. But why would she be nice to other clients and not me! I was the only brown one? I'm not sure! Can you give me another explanation for this?
I've been a loyal customer to this location for awhile now and I have never had a problem with any staff there before. Today I went in and asked for recommendations on a product and the staff I spoke to was extremely dismissive and rude. She was a blonde lady wearing a hoodie.
The other staff member was very nice and was able to help me.
blonde lady working there on 15 Apr around 4pm needs to find a therapist or something. refusing to help my dad pick a vape and then telling another employee also not to help him is disgusting behaviour. seek help please.
I've been coming here for quite a while, and the team consistently goes above and beyond. They're hands on, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping you find what you need.
I really appreciate that they let you handle the display items, because seeing something and actually feeling it can be very different. Every visit, I'm reminded how patient and dedicated the staff are. Their effort never goes unnoticed. Thank you.
