Staff needs to not ignore women waiting in line and go straight for the men who just walked in... 1144am aug 30 for managers to watch the cameras.
Address the people walking in, recognize and make sure there is a line ... its basic customer service

After reading reviews this incident was not isolated.. sexism and racism do NOT belong in Canada. Or at any alcanna store.
Sounds like they need to overhaul the staff at this location... gives the whole company a bad name.
My friend got banned from the store for pointing out how badly he was treated by staff in comparison to other customers. The interaction became racist. I will never go back. There are better options elsewhere.
