Been there many times ! Always dealt with Gail ! Really nice lady knows her stuff ! Went there today and apparently the loser manager useless good for nothing fired her ! Will never go back again. 😡😡

I went into this location yesterday, and was shocked at how dirty it was. Dust and dead bugs in display cabinets, the tablet was so dirty and smudged it looked like it hadn't been wiped down in months. The greasy hand prints everywhere were gnarly. The budtender didn't listen to my request at all and kept trying to push the opposite product on me that I was looking for. Overall the experience left me feeling like I wanted to go home and shower, so I left buying nothing ,and went up the road to High Ties instead. Really disappointing Shinybuds. Usually your dispensaries are my preferred,but that was shockingly gross.

In JUNE - an online payment was processed after I was informed it was cancelled upon processing an in store payment. It is now AUGUST and I have yet to get in touch with ANY manager as "in tomorrow" is always the excuse. I have gone in store twice and sent 3 emails without any response. Most unacceptable and annoying business practice I had yet experience.

Great stock, they always have what I want and something new to try. Staff are friendly and helpful. Much better than other dispensaries in the area for selection.
