Trust the reviews. Dont go here. Terrible experience and their website is wrong on product availability. Zero heads up, zero accountability and zero as professionals. I placed an order this morning and coming to the store they said it wasnt available. Why couldnt I havr recieved a call instead of not correcting the online order? What an absolute joke
Around 3:15-ish on April 8 I entered into this business to purchase something. I have gone to the value buds in Marpole, I've gone to the value buds in Kitsilano and I understand its value buds. I'm not going there to pay for customer service and those two places you don't get any. I expected the same thing here Boy was I wrong! Instantly I was greeted by probably the warmest and friendliest staff member at any retail establishment that I've walked into in the past I don't know 6 or 7 months at least. He had long hair, neck tattoos and hand tattoos, and he was just amazing. I really wish I would've caught his name because this guy deserves a raise or a bonus or something! His customer service and his friendliness were just off the charts. Thanks so much man, will definitely come back.
Probably one of the worst cannabis shops I've been to. horrible displays. And bad customer service. Blonde lady in the shop served three people before me even tho I was waiting well before them.
Amazing prices and cannabis BUT one star off because random times if the day they close the store down for a 40 minute break and its super unpredictable. I understand having a break but I thought thats what having multiple employees is for. Last two times I went they were closed.
