Ashlee was by far the best cannabis connoisseur I've ever met! She had an incredible amount of knowledge about every strain I asked about and made me feel so welcome in the store. She was friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about what she does. I'll definitely be returning!
This place is absolutely incredible. Believe me, when I tell you, they have the greatest selection of hash rosin in all of western canada and I will stand by that. I only smoke hash rosin and find it very difficult to find. Sometimes this place is incredible. It had over fifty different strains. I cannot say enough things about this place
I don't know who's in charge there, but they deserve a big pat on the back and a raise. I will be visiting the store definitely again. I live in calgary and we'll be making a detour specifically for this store. Anytime i'm around the area. Well done guys
I was looking for a very particular special order item and they were the only place in B.C. that had it. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in getting me exactly what I needed. They even went above and beyond the call of duty to get it to me in Vancouver overnight.
FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I'm definitely going back to them for my future needs.
Went into the store before a hike and didn't have much cash on us but they made it work and work well. They were kind and knowledgeable. Tons of selection and most important dog friendly.
Went in here for the first time last week, a guy named Matt helped me out he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable I was impressed with the level of customer service, I will def be back!!! My new favourite dispensary in Kelowna !!
