Management here is extremely rude and disrespectful she will speak to you with condescending tones and if you say something about it she will just yell at you
After an especially demanding workday, my visit to this shop had a noticeably positive impact on my mood and overall experience. From a customer-service perspective, the staff demonstrated high levels of product knowledge and communication skills. Their explanations of the AMNESIA HAZE and PINE TAR strains were clear, evidence-based, and rooted in an understanding of terpene profiles, cultivation methods, and expected aromatic characteristics.
The retail environment itself was well-organized, visually clean, and optimized for an efficient customer flow, which contributed to reducing stress after a long day, and I loved the music. The product presentation suggested careful quality control, with both strains appearing fresh, well-cured, and consistent with typical standards for premium cultivars.
Overall, the combination of knowledgeable staff, supportive interpersonal interaction, and high-quality product offerings resulted in a noticeably improved emotional state upon leaving the store. This shop demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to product integrity.
