Have been a long time customer of this & the 82st location but will not return. In the last two weeks, I've had several bad experiences. 1. On two occasions, staff have forgotten to provide my change. One employee corrected it. The other took my name & ph #, promising to call to refund my change after counting the till. Two days later, two messages left for the manager Ashton & no call back from anyone. This error resulted in me paying twice what I should have. It was easy to verify that my change had not been provided & make it right. Or at the very least, return my calls as promised. 2. I always buy 2 pack , 1 gram joints. Staff has charged me for such but given me a 3 pack, 0.5 gram joints (0.5 grams less). 3. Inventory is a mess. I've been sold product that showed in their system as in stock but in reality wasn't. The staff looked, offered a Sativa replacement, instead of the indica. Ended up having to refund my order & start over. I felt badly for her & the line up of customers that accumulated during that time. Used to be a decent shop. Now it's disorganized & clearly lacking leadership. Bottom line: Do NOT trust with cash. Verify the product you're given. Go anywhere else.
