I went in this evening to an empty store and asked the employee for assistance and was pretty bluntly directed to a display case with the items I was apparently looking for. The main issue with this is that the store's own labels on the packages only listed strain, pack size and price. No information otherwise and their labels cover the packaging and any information on it.
Unfortunately even when I have visited this location in the past, staff have been reluctant to help and made me feel like I have been inconveniencing them, even when I have known exactly what I needed.
Confusing to experience this when I still have excellent experiences with their delivery team that is still labelled as AFFX on relevant sites? Considering my in store experiences have gone downhill since the change to HighLife.
I come in here literally almost every day and the store is clean and well stocked but the employees have the driest personality ever… there's no repertoire and no people skills, just cut and dry, straight to business. I've only ever been treated warmly by the women who work there. The dudes are the driest personality I've ever seen. I honestly would rather go somewhere they're a little, or should I say a lot, more friendly and personable.
DO NOT SHOP HERE
Had a disposable that came out of the package tasting like battery acid and half empty. The big bearded man proceeded to "test" my product and told me "that is the shitty flavour it is meant to be"
He said they cannot return any working products…
Save your time/money and go anywhere else

Ordered for delivery from here through Uber eats, got exactly what I ordered and the driver (long haired guy) was super nice. However, after my delivery window elapsed, I called the store to make sure they had my phone number to contact me, and the store phone number given through UE was out of service! So I found the new number and despite calling 3 times, no one answered. I didn't know what was going on or if I'd get my order. Driver did show up and was very friendly as mentioned, but store communication could be improved.
Met Jeff today who was super knowledgeable and friendly. Love they have Cali flower my fav!
