The girl who was working this Sunday with glasses and curly hair was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I asked if they had any pre-rolls that were between 35% and 40% THC. She repeatedly brought me options that were above the range I had asked for. Eventually, she brought me one that was 33%, so I politely asked if there was nothing available within the range I originally requested. She responded by yelling, "No!!" in a very hostile tone.
The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand that products may not always be available, but there is no reason to speak to a customer that way.
Conveniently located for the busy folk of Toronto. Very knowledgeable staff and great selection. Mostly enjoy the choice to view the products out of its packaging ie (pre rolls, vape carts, edibles and drinks). Fika has displayed all other products with photos so consumers can see before purchase. Great selection on merchandise and accessories. Prices are decent for being downtown in Union Station. Hours seem to be convenient as well. They have plenty of products to choose and browse ,from their knowledgeable staff. If you prefer, you can search products on one of their self service portal computer systems. Must be +19 to enter and Valid government photo ID may require to present upon store entry.
What a nice vibe. The staff were really helpful and welcoming, and they took the time to explain everything properly without rushing. Store was clean, organized, and had a good selection too. Definitely a good experience overall.
Honestly probably one of the better dispensary experiences I've had. I regularly live in the Niagara region and was here to visit for an event. I stopped in to see what they had and the selection was great! Everything from a sweet treat to a cool drink. I appreciate the knowledge and direction from the staff, they were incredibly helpful! Plus in a busy concourse like Union they do a good job at keeping composure for all kinds of different people. I'd go back here 100%
