On January 4th 2026 I made 2 online orders and prepared. I missed early bird, so my order got canceled. I totally accept that my bad. It is January 19th and I still haven't received my refund?! Been there to ask why? There explained it's new owner. Still waiting on a explanation? My bank has been contacted. I'm so annoyed how they can get away with this?!
If I could give a negative I would. Absolutely horrible service. Ordered online at 6 pm by 10:30 pm I called and asked where it was. They said they will let me know. I had to call back 3 times before he would answer my call. I ask again where's my stuff he said started giving me an attitude when I asked. He said I sent them a text they didn't reply yet. By 11 :30 I said cancel my order and refund it. He said ok. I called the next day to see if he refunded it. He did not. The girl said I'll have it delivered before 12. It's now 2 pm. Still not delivered. They will not answer the phones. I told my husband to go pick it up. It was sitting there on the counter. My husband said I'm picking up my wife's order. She handed it to him without checking ID or confirmation of the name.
Haven't had a cart that hasn't leaked or broken. Idk, I'd keep getting flower here but never carts
You have to check your orders when you shop there because I have been shorted a couple times. Also, the website does not work in Saskatoon and hasn't for the last two weeks.
