This Review is not for Value Buds, it's for Ruby, the lady with purple highlights. I walked into a negative environment while she was on shift. No greeting or smile and I was actually happy to see her but she turned out to be a negative vibe. I was there to recycle today and got turned away as she mentioned I'm only allowed to recycle 10 today and I can't come back in to recycle more than 10 today. I mentioned I had this conversation with the area manager before and he confirmed to me that a customer can recycle 10 per visit. After I mentioned the area Manager she escalated the situation by saying that I can't be coming to this store to intimatdate her. And I was in shock because I was not intimatdating her. I choose to walk away from her. I do want to mention that my previous visit was 10/10. The young man with long hair and hat that says "the munchies" is definitely a 5 star employee.
Very respectful employees that help you find what you're looking for, and more!
This value Buds always has friendly staff and they are very knowledgeable about their inventory. All Value Buds have the best prices. I highly recommend going to them for all of your smoking and edible needs.
Erin is easily by far one of the nicest people i've stumbled across shopping at these stores! Recommended some awesome live rosin edibles that did the trick! Will be back again ❤️
Had a bit of a shocking encounter with an employee. Asked if a certain individual was working that day (a male), and was met with the response "he doesn't work here, we dont have many male employees here, WE HATE MEN"
Now when i walked in and saw the pride flags everywhere I had no issues, I support the pride crowd. But to be met with that level of hate speech that had no sort of correlation to what I asked was quite the shocking and discouraging thing to hear especially coming from the demographic of people who cry hate speech all the time.
