Went to check out the store for my first time with my fiance as soon as we walked in, I greeted the girls that work here with a simple hello to be only met with silence and looks up and down my body. There was one other person in the store and us too. After my fiance finished saying Which ones he was interested in I got met with an instant. "You're gonna have to show her your ID." Mind you when I said I'll be back to go grab it. My fiance and the other person in the store were not ID so I called him to leave because it so happens that I'm the only person Of colour so I didn't feel like I was treated like every other customer. When I got back to the store with my ID, the teller then said "hello, well I should say welcome back" and I proceeded to show them my I, purchased the product that I wanted and I left… the experience as a whole was absolutely horrible and no other store yet has made me feel so little before. it could've taken a simple. Oh hi hello may I see your ID? but no, they let me walk , browse around, to then seemingly judge my appearance, and only ask me for my ID. service needs to be treated a lot more cautiously when dealing with multiple customers because that was not an experience, anybody should have to deal with. If I could give zero stars I would.
i'm a 70 yr old who likes his medicine ... the lovely people here look after me real good ... thank you peeps
Best pot shop in North Bay or honestly out of all pot shops! Some of the nicest and hardworking people I have met who wanna make a business successful!
I absolutely love these guys especially Kaitlyn..I think that it's spelt much different but she is super sweet and aims to please..they deliver and they charge less than taking the bus!! You cannot beat that anywhere plus the awesome service 😎..they rock..I will be with these guys until the end!! ✌️ fast forward months later...these guys are more than awesome!! They actually really do have your back!I had placed a order and when I went to remove my old cartridge the battery simply came out with it . The wires were hanging out! I phoned them in a panic and Katelyn answered the phone and within a half hour Steve (I think) brought me a awesome new battery and some extra weed !! I have never been treated so nicely by anyone else in retail! When they say they have your back..they really do! As long as they are here I will be there! Thank you to everyone at Budsmoke!! 🪴
