Julian was really nice. The store was super clean and I loved using the iPad for options
Very poor service today. Today I order about 15 mins before closing and tried to to call the store at 8:56 to tell them know I was gonna be a minute late no answer and also he rushed to close the store. I have always known consumers cannabis to be the best store to understand bring a minute late but now it's sad they have an employee who dishonours the loyalty I have with this store. Very very upset. He knew I was coming yet he rushed to close. He should have closed the til at 9pm not at 8:55pm. I'm so unhappy. I never thought this store would do this especially to a local that lives around the corner from the store.
The service is immaculate every time and the young lady in there is so friendly I think her name is Khadeijah

I had an amazing experience with Consumers Cannabis! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming, clean, and super professional. The staff really know their stuff—they took the time to listen to what I was looking for and gave solid recommendations without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed.
The product quality is top-tier—fresh, well-packaged, and exactly as described. You can tell they care about what they're selling and about their customers' experience. Prices are fair for the quality you're getting, and they often have great deals too.
Honestly, this is one of those places you keep coming back to because you know you'll be taken care of every time. Highly recommend to anyone whether you're new or experienced!
Nice place and very good customer service
