The woman working at the kelowna location is not only rude but unprofessional with zero manners for customers. Getting your ALREADY PAID FOR ONLINE items from her is like being interrogated and truthfully never had such an unpleasant experience in a dispensary. Eta: Tried curbside pickup and waited an exceptionally long time before entering the store to be met with that was probably the most disappointing part.

I had such a great experience at Spiritleaf thanks to Myron. He was incredibly kind and easy to talk to, and made the whole visit super comfortable. He took the time to explain the products in a clear, helpful way and made sure I understood exactly what I was buying. Really appreciated the knowledge, the conversation, and the overall vibe. Thanks, Myron — you made my day! Highly recommend this location. 🌿✨
