As a frequent customer, I can confidently say that Grassroots Dispensary consistently delivers exceptional customer service. Not once have I had anything less than an amazing experience—every visit is welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. As someone who really values specific strains and unique flavours, I truly appreciate the dedication this team puts in. A huge shoutout to David for always going above and beyond to make sure I can get exactly what I'm looking for—even if it's not currently in store. That level of commitment does not go unnoticed. Also, big thanks to Kevin and Madison for always going the extra mile to ensure every customer leaves satisfied. Their friendly attitudes and willingness to help really set the standard. Grassroots Dispensary absolutely deserves recognition for their dedication, consistency, and top-tier customer service. Highly recommend!
