Alex at the SQDC was absolutely fantastic Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole experience really easy. You can tell Alex genuinely cares about helping customers find what they're looking for! Excellent service.
I went looking for something to help me sleep. I don't smoke so there was only pill options.
I tried it, I didn't like the feeling it gave me
AND....I didn't sleep either.
Staff was helpful they know their products.
It's not for me 😉
I have been to many SQDC outlets across Montreal and its surroundings but honestly today's first experience at this location was the best I've ever had. Allison was the best she took the time to answer every question I had and her knowledge and suggestions were exactly what I wanted and needed. I walked out of there with 2 amazing products and it's thanks to her. I will definitely pass by here again and I recommend this spot to everyone
Some days are good depending on who working, customer not always at its best. The lack of knowledge and info you get with products are very limited,
This SQDC has friendly, efficient staff and a good selection. The products I want are always in stock and when I place an online order for pickup it's prepared within the hour just like the website says. There's sometimes a lineup on weekends, particularly in the morning, and also around 5pm on weekdays; but the line goes so quickly it doesn't really matter. There's tons of parking or it's a relatively quick walk from the Angrignon metro. For me it's a brisk 17 minute walk door-to-door which is perfect. Plus it's in a great location near Allo Mon Coco, Giant Tiger, and Dollarama (and more) with the Angrignon mall not too far away either. My preferred store.
Edit: Sunday, September 14th, 2025:
There is an incredibly rude person working here now, not sure if she's new, but she seems to think she's allowed to take things personally and then attack the client. Very immature. I was being told that this SQDC for the second week in a row has essentially nothing to roll joints, no tips, just those horrible double packs with paper and tips (which suck), and when I sounded frustrated by this the woman at the cash told me that I "didn't have to be mad" and to "calm down" and she laughed at me, right in my face. I told her actually I wasn't mad at her just frustrated and she had badly misread the situation but that was okay if she wanted to be rude. She started to talk back again and I told her to stop and leave me alone, and yet she would not stop talking. I said something VE ..
