I started going to this shop from very beginning. Loved the staff and didn't matter all the other shops around there service and product kept me coming back. Ever since the name change this store has gone down. The service. Well last time I was in I wasn't treated well. Guy thinks he knows the brands but obviously doesn't. Plus. Got rid of any discounts we used to have. Very sad. Won't be back.
used to love shopping here. however now i cannot pre order and pick up. what a disappointment. I am senior with walking issues and dont drive. so i uber reguarly to pick up. why the change? you are making it difficult for some of us and now looking elsewhere for product.
I've been going here for a few months now and these guys have been consistently great quality every single time, employees are great and always helpful no matter who, they have a wide range of stuff, something for everyone and it's a well maintained place, looks like a fun work environment
Every time I come in, the girl black/green hair and with cool blonde hair are always so kind! they're always willing to help me with whatever I need and are so patient with me being very indecisive. I appreciate all your hard work! keep it up and happy holidays❤️
Honestly, I'm giving two stars just to be generous. I don't like to hold one person accountable because Trevor the owner actually was always very kind and courteous to me

He was only 16 so he was under stage, which I completely understand so I left with him. I came back a few hours later by myself, and she told me I was banned from the store for the day.
This is the store I've spent thousands of dollars in , I thought OK we'll just move forward then the handful of times I come back. I'm constantly reminded how ignorant this woman is. She whispers about me the second I come and she gives dirty looks. Honestly, it is the absolute worst Customer Service that I've ever seen. It's like a little kid talking crap behind the counter.
I'm an adult I want a business. I actually had the owner of the store have my business flyers at the front. That's how good of a relationship I want had with the store owner Trevor
But this girl with the green hair, she's so so so ignorant
I would happily speak with her and apologize for anything I've done, but she doesn't give me the chance. She just gives me dirty eyes and whispers about me to other customers. I'll be really happy when you let her go and replace her. It seems to be new faces every single time I g ..
