Employees always expect tip and if not customer service goes out the windows. The store should pay their employees a living wage is that's the case.
I purchased a gram of Purple Churro and it was only 9.3 grams. I don't like complaining especially because it was only off by .7 so I keep telling myself that the bud probably lost some of it's density in transport?
I have lived in Toronto for over 10 years and this is by far my favorite shop in the city . Every time I visit, staff is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable . They will go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for . I have been in the store when its quite busy, but the service remains quick, friendly and efficient . There are a lot of places to choose from , and I will continue to come here because of the lovely staff ! Thank you guys so much for always going the extra mile ❤️
Great people great store. I've heard and seen a lot of bad reviews regarding the staff here. Those are lies lol these are the nicest people I ever met in a establishment I have been coming to this exact store for years now and the only problem I had was the weight on the weed but they don't package it so they can't be the ones to blame. If your gonna write a bad review make it more believable.
