Middle of the road prices usually pretty good service, but they've changed their coolers.Type 3 electric wheelchairs no longer are able to get around the store. Even the more standard type 2 electric wheelchairs may have issues snd you won't be able to see all products. You have to be able to back out and make a 180 turn , don't go in unless you're able to do that with your wheelchair. The far aisle is ambulatory, only the middle aisle would be a class to wheelchair.Probably that leaves only one aisle to go in and out with people. Also , using the same aisle wheelchairs , just don't even bother going back. That makes 2 of their stores now non accessible. Rideau has stairs and bank has same isle in/out for wheelchairs as 1 definately not legit size and the far one people will be using it to come out or go in as well , so yeah , just wheelchairs don't go.
Being a reg at Purple Meadow, u start judging cuz the rest be looking like grass. I'm talking about the service, aesthetics, cleanliness, wait times, and being properly stocked.
I think in my head, whenever I come thru, I'm going to a purple meadow of buds, I grab my flower and head back to gardening. PS: There is 6 Purple Meadows 🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻. If you need to touch grass, Pick the Meadows🙃
Their customer service is out of this world, all of their staff are super kind, eager to help, and know what they are talking about.
Had a wonderful experience with a lovely individual named Moka, my product was a bit difficult to find but they went above and beyond to complete my order in a timely manner. (I'm sorry I'm terrible with names and might've forgotten how to spell their name).
They really know how to make the store feel like a community. 10/10 would recommend this store to anyone.
Product can be very hit or miss. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's full of leaf's and sticks. This never seems to be a problem at other dispensaries I go to so I'm not really sure what's up but it's kind of annoying because there are no refunds so I'm stuck with this outdoor looking bud.
Always liked it because it's nice and close and sometimes the price was right. But I don't think I will keep going since this is a constant issue. Also there is a newish girl working there. Doesn't seem very friendly(compared to others) and takes her job a little too seriously. I saw her decline to stamp a man's card because he had already paid for it and she said "you must present your card prior to purchase so I can't stamp it for you".
Very weird and I've never seen that kind of behavior working behind the counter of a dispensary.
Edit - I thought there was no returns so I am happy to hear this. I genuinely like going to this Purple Meadow and have so for years so I appreciate you guys trying to remedy the situation with the quality of what I was getting + the worker I mentioned.
I don't usually write reviews, but this one didn't sit well with me. How an establishment treats their employees says a lot about their values. Supporting a dispensary that doesn't respect their employees just doesn't feel right. Everyone makes mistakes and you never know what goes on in other peoples lives. Even as a customer seeing how other customers treat the staff and what they have to deal with on a constant basis would make anyone feel depleted. I really hope that the management can give the staff some grace. Looking at the reviews it doesn't look like it's normally the staffs problem but the customers themselves. Just hope people will take this message to be kinder to others. Still one star as I know for a fact that this establishment would make any employee or customer want to walk out & look elsewhere
The Ratings Trend indicator at top represents the change in overall rating from the most recent 5 reviews vs the combined rating of the most recent 10 (or up to 10, min 6 reviews required). A greyed-out indicator is displayed when there are insufficient reviews available, or there is no significant change in rating trend detected.
