Staff is super knowledgeable on anything and everything. Any questions i have they give me great advice. I will not ever shop at a different store unless these people are working there. Awesome place!!
Amazing and super friendly and personable service. I have never gone in there without having a laugh with whoever is at the counter and just a very positive overall experience
Amazing service every time I go here and a wide variety of product! Mel and Syd are always such great help! Highly recommend!
Amazing service & beautiful store. Staff very knowledgeable & have saved me multiple times from leaving without a lighter or papers.
I stopped in yesterday to make a purchase and was extremely thrilled with this store. The vast product and accessories really impressed me. I had a good time browsing and felt welcomed the entire time I was in the store. I really do not have any knowledge with cannabis but the absolutely amazing staff working, Jennifer, Syd and Alyson were all extremely helpful and friendly. These ladies were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions and even recommend some terrific product to try. My favourite was the pineapple drift dispo - I do recommend to anyone who likes pineapple. Thank you Fire and Flower staff for making my experience one of the best I've ever had. I'll be back and will be telling all my friends and family to shop here for all of their cannabis needs. Keep up the amazing job you all do.
