Been here a couple times, definitely a better experience than honeypot in the area. The vibes are pretty chill, the dude that served me was pretty respectful, especially appreciate of the fact that when he asked for my last name he only asked for letter rather than full and explained the point system.
The stock online is accurate with what's in stock unlike some dispenseraries so another point there.
The only thing weird thing was at the end, maybe it's just me, but once the sale was complete the attitude kind of shifted and he seemed somewhat short and dismissive. I did mention how it's cool that there is a pay it forward system, and maybe he took that as me trying to get change from there, but it was not my intention. I just felt relieved to see that ppl still pay it forward like the good old days.
Was in here for the first time and Renee was such a kind and helpful soul the entire time! Great environment overall and great weed selection!
The Fogtown employees have all been extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We've been to both the Yonge street location and Steeles and had the same experience. We would highly recommend them!
I had a similar experience to Sarah Diene with the same woman yesterday around 2:30pm. The description in Sarah's review matches the description of the woman that cashed me out. It was the woman with purple and blue hair.
I was the second customer in line. I noticed her interaction with the customer prior to me was warm, engaging, and friendly. She even said "Oh you're a Gemini" when filling out his sign up.
When it was my turn, I was met with hostile energy. I actually said "hi, how are you" and she seemed to be irritated with me. I didn't mind, I was just excited to get a new pen, but I noticed it.
I ended up taking charge of the entire interaction as the customer - I even said "I don't want to hold up the line" to expedite the process as she seemed to rush through my transaction anyway. She was anxious while helping me and rushing, but she had a complete different vibe with the customer before me. It was strange. Strange enough for me to get curious about others experiences - that's why I'm leaving my review, too.
I won't return, because there are plenty of other dispensaries around the city that have amazing staff - and they don't pick and choose who they like to help/provide their best service too.
I also noticed the reply to Sarah Dienes review. Instead of offering up an explanation for the cashier/budtenders behaviour outlined in her review, a simple apology would actually make the customer more likely to come back. Customers are looking to be appeased, ..
Fogtown North York is hands down one of the best dispensaries I've been to. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and actually take the time to help you find exactly what you're looking for. You can tell they really know their products and care about the customer experience.
The quality is always on point, and their menu selection is perfectly curated — whether you're looking for something specific or just browsing, there's always great options to choose from.
One of the cutest touches is how pet-friendly they are. They literally feed pets that come in, and they have an adorable wall full of pet photos, which honestly makes the whole place feel so warm and community-based. It's those little details that really set them apart.
Clean, well-organized, great vibes, and amazing service every single time. Highly recommend Fogtown North York 🙌🌿
