I have been going to this store off and on for nearly 4 years, including what was my first legal purchase of weed. Only recently did I have a distasteful experience, it was a lady on the counter. I bought a cartridge friday and over the weekend more than half of it leaked and the other half got burnt so tasted horrible.
Now mind you, this is the first time it has happened to me and normally a 1g cart lasts me 3-4 weeks (2 if I'm binging)
I go in, its the same lady who sold me the cart, so I'm thinking this will be easy she would remember me coming since we had a short conversation.
I tell her what happened and asked if this happens with all carts or this brand in particular (minor leaks are common but to loose half the cart in a day) because no way did this cart last me just 4 days and got burnt, she looks at me like I stole the oil or binged it over 3 days and I'm defrauding her?
Obviously for her to admit to the problem and exchanging the cart would have been an ideal scenario but even if thats not possible, the bare minimum she couldve done is explained why this happened. But to mock me like I'm some sort of a thief trying to swindle them?
I literally walked into the shop next door got a similar cart, more thc%age and cheaper than these guys and have never looked back. I never had any issues with a similar cart before this or since. But I wanted to put it out there for people to know that if the product is bad they wont help you.
Idk if this was store poli ..
