Great store! Friendly service, good selection, and an easy experience. Definitely recommend.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I just called One Plant with a very simple question about placing an order, and the interaction was honestly ridiculous.
I was trying to explain what I needed, but Tesa kept interrupting me and talking over me before I could even finish explaining myself. I couldn't get through a complete sentence without being cut off. Her tone was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary.
The worst part is that we already understood that what we were asking for might not even be possible. We were completely okay with being told no. We just wanted to ask a question and get a straightforward answer. There was absolutely no reason to speak to a customer the way she did.
I've dealt with customer service plenty of times, and this was genuinely one of the most disrespectful interactions I've had. If someone calls with a question, the bare minimum is to actually listen to them before responding.
I don't know what was going on with Tesa, but whatever the reason was, customers should not have to deal with that attitude. This needs to be addressed by management because that is not acceptable customer service.
Very disappointing experience. One Plant seriously needs to do better.
Don was amazing- so nice & helpful! Great products & prices
Don had a warm smile as soon as I walked in and was very friendly and easy to talk to. He felt safe to open up to because he was very sweet and kind-hearted. He made my day! :)
